: Integrating Biodiversity Conservation and Community Livelihoods in the Luapula Landscape
The project aims to restore 30 square kilometers of degraded Luapula wetlands in Milenge District, promoting biodiversity conservation and climate change resilience. In addition the project?s development objective aims to contribute to enhanced livelihoods of 5,000 community members through sustainable biodiversity Conservation, habitat Restoration and climate adaptive interventions, thereby reducing poverty and promoting local economic growth.
