To collaborate with citizens and local authorities of 3 soums to develop a model green soum centre by assisting with the organization of local citizens? civil groups, training them on key environmental objectives and issues such as participatory waste management, tree nursing and planting, proper land use planning and development of different environmental action plans and other systematic activities at the soum level in agreements with respective soum administrations.
