The present project was aimed at women horticulturists and income-generating activities in the Prabis sector of the Blunde nkumba slums, Blunde It was a project that aimed at valuing the work of women, as a way of allowing a sustainable management of the environment and an increase in income. The project proposes the practice of horticultural production of tapada beans or seven weeks, tomatoes, carrots, excavation and rehabilitation of the water well, cabbage, pepper, carrots, Suculbenbe, but, using agrogeological production techniques in order to enrich the soil to allow its use in a durable way. On the other hand, women practice horticulture, horticultural activities in the Biombo region are almost practiced by all women in the sector, but with great water difficulties for irrigation, modern agroecological techniques in the production of their vegetables use many chemical fertilizers and chemical fertilizers that many of them cause a serious health problem as well as soil depletion. In this context, the project reduced the use of chemical fertilizers, made the community aware of, and use organic farming techniques, thus contributing to sustainable land management as well as having products from healthy biodiversity.
