Aim of the Project is to prepare, design and print produce a comprehensive book on the inventory of coastal zones that are still relatively protected with high bological diversity up to date but under habitat destuction threat including over urbanization through housing or road constructions or heavy tourism development. Turkish coasts and promote this publication throughout the country with special reference to selected target groups mainly including relevant Turkish State Departments and decision making bodies.

Also, a brochure and a poster will be produced to convey the exactly the same concept of the project. The book will clearly explain the justification for the protection of the coastal areas as well as the exact coastal segments with coordinates which will guide and help decision makers in their future planning and decision making on coastal development.
