The project targeted a wide group of environmental NGOs, where gender was considered over the project duration and focused on building the capacity of senior leadership, pretensioners, and emerging pretensioners toward proposal writing which addressed GEF?s focal areas and related environment conventions.
The formulated curriculum was distributed to a wider group of people and acted as a base for future capacity building programs.
