Conservation and Management of NTFPs for sustainable livelihood through Ecosystem Approach
The project will be implemented for strengthening the groups for adoption of the technologies for Tendu and Bamboo management and value addition with up-gradation of honey processing unit to maintain quality parameters. The main objective of the project is:

- Strengthen community based organization for efficient forest management to promote livelihood based on forest produces.

Capacity - Building Component
20 artisans from 3 villages will be capacitated on making valued added bamboo products. 500 tendu patta collectors from 8 villages will be aware and capacitated on NTFP based entrepreneurship, controlling of bush cutting and control of forest fire.
Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
5 days? workshop for 20 bamboo artisans in pachpohor village giving them skills for value addition in bamboo products.
