The project envisages recovery of Meyer lemon variety by nursery reproduction and subsequent distribution among 8 pilot dekhkan farms.
To select and reproduce rarely occurring, but so far surviving biodiversity of local high-yield and small-sized clones of Meyer lemons, thus increasing the profitability of the lemon culture, and as a result the welfare of the private sector from lemon-breeding, which is directly dependent on the profitability of this high-vitamin medicinal culture.
