This community based organization, resident in West New Britain Province, to facilitate a biodiversity conservation project within and around Lake Umboli, including Oil Palm growers encroachment into the sacred area titled ?Lake Umboli: A conservation area under biodiversity management?. This planning and design phase will enable the group to interact with its anticipated beneficiaries, have opportunity to cost out expected expenses for implementing a mangrove rehabilitation project, identify the boundaries for planned biodiversity management and initiate contact with potential project partners.
