Solar electrification of a rural community in Namibia: Satamab Suid
Solar electrification of a rural community in Namibia: Satamab Suid
The project aims at providing rural underserved communities with an empowering, community based solar electrification model. Approximately 100 households will receive solar lights in the community of Satamab Suid in Erongo region, replacing the use of kerosene and other non-eco-friendly practices by access to green, clean energy.

Both communities are located in rural areas, the closest towns being Usakos and Uis.
