Forestry Management and Conservation for Improving Community Livelihood (FMCICM)
Project on Forestry Management and Conservation for Improving Community Livelihoods is proposed in response to the Country Programme Strategy of GEF OP6 Small Grants Programme and relevant government policies of in improving livelihood of rural communities, food security and nutrition of rural communities, create other options for livelihood improvement of Community Forestry (CF) members of the three CFs in the two communes as such Boeung Mealea and, communes Tasiem communes through empowerment and full participated from communities and stakeholders in conservation and management of forest resources and biodiversity in three CFs with the total areas of 3,361 hectares which provide benefit to 325 families with 1,625 people within 845 female including wealth ranking ID Poor 1and Poor2 amount 105 families with 525 people within 267 female in the three target villages.
This project will contribute to address number of problems faced by three CFs (Trapeang Tortem CF and Trapeang Popel CF of Tasiem Commune) such as middle man who stay behind villagers who have limited understanding on advantages of forest protection, always committed illegal logging activities at night time and another challenge is a forest fire during the dry season.
As for Prey Tortoeng Thgnay CF of Beong Mealea commune is challenging land encroachment by farmers who whose lands shared the boundary with this CF are making land encroachment to be their own property while the CF committee members have limited capacity in implementing their roles and responsibilities. Moreover, some CF committee members have been resigned from the position and patrolling team was not active which provide opportunity for illegal offers to cut the luxury trees and trees for housing almost destructed. Prey Totoeng Thgnay CF of Beong mealea commune has an ancient pond names ? Tropang Totoeng Thngay ? which it has a size of 100 meters X 150 meter located in the middle of CF. This pond provides water sources for different types of species such as birds, antelope, pigs, moose and deer to drink water in rainy and dry seasons. At the presently, this pond has no water from February till when it has rain in the rainy season because of land and forest erosion to make that pond shallow. The three communities are facing with anarchy wildlife hunting in the three CFs areas which lead to loss of rare bird species and other wildlife.
The loss of these forests affect heavily to the beauty of Kulen mountain landscape and Stung Siem Reap watershed areas as well as the community forestry members citizens of Tasiem and Beong Mealea communes are depending on non-timber products (NTFPs) to support their daily living. The problems cause three CFs are not running well are CF members as well as committee members are not understand well about the advantages of forest resources, unclear CF management structure, some committee members resigned with on replacement and do not have capacity to implement their roles and responsibilities which listed in CF rules and regulations , principles, statute and clear map are in place for managing but they are not enforced by the committee members and CF members ,limited knowledge, conduct the irregular meeting and there is not punishment on the illegal offers who committed forest crime enforced by the forest administration and local authority. The lack of clean water is another main problem that negatively affect to the citizen living in Tasiem and Boeng Mealea communes and animals including wildlife. The lacks of water in the dry season makes formers have difficulty to raise animals and grow the agriculture crops at the villages.
Goal: To develop community forestry management plans of Tropeang Popel , Tropeang Tortoem and Prey Totoeng Thngay CFs and Improve Livelihood, build capacity of members and CF committees members in order to sustain the community forest protection of Ta Siem and Boeung Mealea Communes, Svay Leu District, Siem Reap Province.
Specific Objective 1: By the end of the project, the CF members and committees of 3 CFs ( Tropaang Toem and Tropeang Popel CF of Tasiem commune as well as Prey Totoeng Thngay CF of Boeng Mealea commune have capacity to manage the CF and CF management planwith the total amount of 3,361 hectares (Tropeang Toem CF has 1,137 hectares and Tropeang Popel CF has 809 hectares, and the Prey Totoeng Thngay CF has 1,415 hectares ) will be recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF).
Specific Objective 2: By the end of the project, the community members with total amount of 325 families ( 83 families of Tropeang Tortem,177 families of Tropeang Popel and 65 families of Prey Totoeng Thngay communities which equal to 1625 people with 845 women, 105 families are in the I-D poor 1 and 2 ( Tropeang Totoem has 21 families, Tropaang popel has 66 families and Prey Totoeng Thngay has 18 families) equal to 525 people with 267 women will be improved their livelihood through saving groups, rice cultivation using ( Drum Seeder), resilience rice seeds, increase high products by implementing the climate smart agriculture ( CSA).
Specific objective 3: By the end of the project, 3 CFs ( Tropeang Popel , Tropeang Totoem and Prey Totoeng Thngay CFs) has enough fund to patrol their forest and sustainable forest protection even though the project end through 1) collection the revenue from running water purifier solar pumping station for Trapeang Popel CF and CF members have accessed to 50% cheaper price of purifier water than market price in order to reduce the family expenses and having better health. 2) using interest from 2 saving groups ( 1 group has 15 members with 50% females for micro-business or other careers ) for Prey Totoeng CF of Tasiem commune by take 2.5 % of interest per month . 3) collect revenue from artificial bee keeping and Develop the diversified follower garden with size of 50 meters X 200 meters in Prey Totoeng Thngay forest community of Boeng Mealea commune to get attraction from tourists who visit Boeng Mealea temple in order to guide them for visiting this garden by charging 2000 Riels for each tourist and the pond of Prey Totoeng Thngay with size of 100 meters x 150 meters where the wildlife drink its water in the dry and rainy seasons which is located in the middle of Prey Totoeng Thngay community forest will be rehabilitated under Boeng Mealea commune development project.
Specific Objective 4: By the end of the project, a video document or a case study of the success , lessons learned from the project implementation, will be documented and shared with relevant stakeholder ( commune administration , district administration , Provincial administration, Forestry Administration of Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Provincial Department of Agriculture, forestry and fishery and Donors ) and Project Achievements will be Integrated to Tasiem and Boeng Mealea Communes council members to lead and continue managing after the project ended.
Expected results:
Output 1.1.1: Tropeang Popel Community Forestry Committees have capacity to manage community forest in collaborating with Forestry Administration of Siem Reap, Tasiem and Boeng Mealea Commune Council members for sustainable forest protection and active participation in project implementation and problems and needs of forest communities were mainstream into the commune development plan and commune investment program.
Output 1.1.2: Community forestry management plan of 3 CFs (Tropeang Toem and Tropeang Popel of Tasiem commune and Prey Totoeng Thngay CF Community forestry of Boeung Mealea commune ) have 3,361 hectares of community land forest (Tropeang Totoem has 1,137 hectares and Tropeang Popel has 809 hectares and Prey Totoeng Thngay has 1,415 hectares) will be developed and get official recognized from the Forestry Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

Output 2.1.1: 15 model farmers have increased rice yield from 2.5 tons to 3.5 tons and 15 model farmers who have implemented CSA and vegetable garden have produced more than enough to supply in their own families and sell it to their neighbors.
Output 3.1.1: The patrolling team of Tropeang Popel CF has enough budget to support the forest patrolling activities by collecting revenue from running water purifier solar pumping and be able to distribute pure water to villagers in Tasiem commune and reduced 50% of villagers expense on drinking water and improve community health.
Output 3.1.2: Two groups of savings groups (1 group with 15 women, 50% for small businesses or other small business) were established for Tropeang Totoem CF of Tasiem commune by take interest of 2.5 % per month for supporting the patrolling teams to enhance their capacity and enough budgets to implementing patrolling activities the sustainable forest protection.
Output 3.1.3: The artificial bee keeping and diversified flower garden with size of 50 meters X200 meters will be created and developed at Prey tortoeng Thngay CF of Boeng Mealea commune to get attraction from tourists whom visit Boeng Mealea temple in order to guide them to visit the flower garden by charging 2000 riels per visitor for supporting patrolling teams, protect the sustainable forest after the project ended.
Output 3.1.4: Prey Totoeng Thngay lake with size of 100 meters X 150 meters of Prey Totoeng Thngay forest community will be re-habilitated for wildlife to drink in the dry season under the budget support of Boeng Mealea commune development project.
Output 4.1.1: Lessons learned and best practices from project implementation have been compiled and shared with relevant stakeholders (District administration, commune administration , Forestry Administration, Department of Agriculture, and Donors) and the project's achievements integrated into both Commune Councils (Ta Siem and Boeung Mealea) for leading and managing after the project end.
Project activities:
1.1.1.1: Project launching in two communes (Ta Siem 25 persons and Boeung Mealea 25 within 50% of female) to 3 Forestry Communities (Tropeang Toem, Tropeang Porpel and Prey Totoeng Thngai) and relevant authorities.
1.1.1.2: Dissemination Meeting and voting new committees (Resignation Committee) and update members of the Community Committees of 3 villages of the two communes (Ta Siem and Boeng Mealea communes) to strengthen the community forestry management capacity.
1.1.1.3: Support Community forestry committees to participate in monthly meetings of communes (Ta Siem and Boeng Mealea)and raise the issues and needs of community forestry into commune development plan (CDP) and commune investment program (CIP) and request one commune councils in each commune in charge of the community forestry sector.
1.1.2.1: Sign Memorandum of Understanding on the collaboration between the Forestry Administration of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and CDC to support technical documents to strengthen the capacity of community forestry committees to prepare community forestry management planning.
1.1.2.2: Collaboration with the Forestry Administration of Siem Reap to organize the meeting to define criteria and members of committee to participate in the training of information gathering to prepare management plans for community forestry.
1.1.2.3: Conduct 3 training courses on community forestry information collection to members and committees 9 days (1 community with 3 days), facilitate by two forestry administration officers, with 90 participants (30 members per community) at least 50%. of females
1.1.2.4: Practice or Community Forestry Proclamation for 21 days (7 communities per community) coordinated by two Forestry Administration Officers with 90 participants (30 people per community).
1.1.2.5: Conduct 3 training courses on community forest inventory (3 days per community) for 9 days, facilitated by two forestry administration officers, with 90 participants (30 people per community).
1.1.2.6: Conduct community forest inventory for 30 days (10 day per community) facilitated by two forestry district officers and 90 members and commissions (30 members per community).
1.1.2.7: Hire mapping experts to divide forestry for 3 communities
1.1.2.8: Hire expert to analysis forestry inventory data for 3 Communities
1.1.2.9: Collaboration with the Forestry Administration to present the results of analysis for three days (1 Community per day) to members and Community forestry committees 90 (30 members per community).
1.1.2.10:Cooperate with the Department of Community Forestry at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Siem Reap Forestry Administration to write forestry management plan 3 forestry communities at Forestry Administration of Siem Reap for 5 days.
1.1.2.11:Submit three Community Forestry Management Plans to Chief of Forestry Department of the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Siem Reap to check and approve.
1.1.3.1: Meetings with Forestry Administration, Community Commitees, and Local Authorities to make plan for patrolling at night and day time, boundary demarcation and putting banner to stop cutting forest.
1.1.3.2: Produce 3 large signboards and 30 small labels and 60 border markers.
1.1.3.3: Provide community forestry patrol equipment 6 phones (phone have flashlight, and radio) (2 flashlights per community)
1.1.3.4: Cooperate with the Forestry Administration to do the demarcation of community forest borders and forest clearance for 6 days (2 days per community).
1.1.3.5: Support patrolling members and community committees once a month.
1.1.3.6: Monitoring patrolling members and community forestry committees 9 times (3 times per community) in a project.
2.1.1.1: Meeting of the three villages (Boeng Mealea village of Boeng Mealea commune and Tropeang Popel and Tropeang Toem village of Ta Siem commune, Svay Leu district) to identify 30 farmers' choice criteria (15 rice crops and 15 climate smart agriculture CSA) to participate in the technical training, use the Drum Seeder and the climate smart agriculture (CSA).
2.1.1.2 Establishing quotation committees to buy 3 Drum Seeders (1Drum Seeder per Village) of Ta Siem and Boeung Mealea commune and 300kg of rice seeds (15 families, 20kg) variety of climate resistant and six-crop.
2.1.1.3: Training on technical to use drum seeder, raining season planting rice, and climate smart agriculture (CSA) 3 courses for 2 days (1 day theory and 1 day of direct implementation) with 30 model farmers from three villages (10 persons per village, 5p for planting rice and 5p for CSA), produced training documents by Siem Reap Provincial Department of Agriculture two persons.
2.1.1.4. Cooperate with Siem Reap Department of Agriculture to monitor the implementation of 30 households to make adjustments and provide technical advice 3 times per project.
3.1.1.1: Meeting with members and Tasiem commune councils appoint Propeang Popel community forestry committee who is existing to manage the maintenance drinking water station and recruit 10 members (5 persons from Tropeang Popel and 5 persons from Boeung Mealea) to cross-visit drinking water station, flower garden, and bee raising place in Banteay Srey District, Siem Reap Province.
3.1.1.2 Lead members and drinking water station management committees, bee raising, and flower garden 10 persons (5 persons from Tropeang Popel and 5 persons from Boeng Mealea) to visit the Water Treatment Station, and a breeding place for bees in Banteay Srey district, Siem Reap province about the maintenance of drinking water station using solar panels, bee raising, and flower garden for 2 days.
3.1.1.3: Meeting to disseminate the results of cross-visit and set up policy, by-law of drinking water station to members and local authorities 25 persons within 11 women, and determine the price of water sales.
3.1.1.4: Meeting with members and community forestry committees to disseminate the draft policy, by-law of drinking water station and submit to chief of commune council for consideration and approval.
3.1.1.5: Establishing procurement committee taken from drinking water station management and maintenance committee of using solar panels to select a solar supplier and a water machine.
3.1.1.6: Installation one drinking water station with technical support and contractual supply.
3.1.1.7: Training on drinking water station management, recording and revenues facilitated by the officials of Solar and water machine technical and CDC staff for 3 days.
3.1.1.8: Cooperate with local authorities to publicize drinking water station using solar energy and price according to type of bottle and tanks and the use of income.
3.1.1.9: Collaborate with the officials of Solar and Water Machine to inspect and monitor drinking water station three times in a project.
3.1.2.1: Meeting with Tropeang Toem members Community forestry committees to appoint community forestry committees management as saving group management committee and establish statute by-law of management.
3.1.2.2: Meeting with members and committees to disseminate draft status by-law management and submit to chief of commune council for review and approval.
3.1.2.3: Training on recording revenue, community mobilization and reporting writing to committees for 2 days and funding two savings groups (800 USD per group)
3.1.2.4: Monitoring the management of Saving Group 3 times per project.
3.1.3.1: Meeting with members and Boeng Mealea commune council to appoint exiting Prey Totoeng Thngay community forestry committees to manage the community of artificial bees and mixed natural garden and agree on the layout of flowers and bee raising areas.
3.1.3.2: Meeting to disseminate the results of cross-visit on bee raising and setting up flower garden, establish status by-law for management of artificial bees raising and mixed natural garden with members committees and local authorities 25 persons within 50% of women and limit price of visiting gardens and honey.
3.1.3.3: Meeting with members and community forestry committees to disseminate draft policy by-law management and submit them to chief of commune council to sign recognition.
3.1.3.4: Meeting to set up a procurement committee for purchase of flower seeds, flower garden organizer, water tank with standing and flower garden irrigation system.
3.1.3.5: Training on technical planting four different flowers, sunflowers and other flowers for two days facilitated by two agriculture technical officers and CDC.
3.1.3.6: Prepare planting areas and install irrigation systems (standing and water tank) using solar panels and flower garden irrigation system.
3.1.3.7: Training on bee keeping to bee raising group 3 persons with 1 female for 7 days (couching 7 days) facilitated by bee raising technician and provide equipment with bee 5 stalls (1 stall equal 8 bee lobsters).
3.1.3.8: Monitoring artificial bee keeping community and mixed natural garden of members and Prey Totoeng Thngay community Forestry committees 3 times a project.
3.1.4.1: Community members participant to raise issues and requirements into commune investment program and commune development plan in 2017 of Boeng Mealea Commune.
3.1.4.2: Community chief involve in Svay Leu district integration process.
3.1.4.3: The community is involved in the follow-up of the restoration work performed by the company and the Boeng Mealea Commune Council.
4.1.1.1: Meeting with beneficiaries commune councils, Forestry Administration and Department of Agriculture to find valuable lessons learn and good experiences for sharing.
4.1.1.2: Compiling case studies of the success of the project (Sustainability of the project by implementing drinking water station using solar, savings groups, artificial bees keeping and designing of tourist attraction tourism, effect of project implementation)
4.1.1.3: Compile a video/photo story on the success and lesson learn from the project implementation
4.1.1.4: Organize workshops to share lessons learnt and best practices from project implementation
4.1.1.5: Hire independent consultant to evaluate the performance of the project.

1.1.1.1: Project launching in two communes (Ta Siem 25 persons and Boeung Mealea 25 within 50% of female) to 3 Forestry Communities (Tropeang Toem, Tropeang Porpel and Prey Totoeng Thngai) and relevant authorities.
1.1.1.2: Dissemination Meeting and voting new committees (Resignation Committee) and update members of the Community Committees of 3 villages of the two communes (Ta Siem and Boeng Mealea communes) to strengthen the community forestry management capacity.
1.1.1.3: Support Community forestry committees to participate in monthly meetings of communes (Ta Siem and Boeng Mealea)and raise the issues and needs of community forestry into commune development plan (CDP) and commune investment program (CIP) and request one commune councils in each commune in charge of the community forestry sector.
1.1.2.1: Sign Memorandum of Understanding on the collaboration between the Forestry Administration of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and CDC to support technical documents to strengthen the capacity of community forestry committees to prepare community forestry management planning.
1.1.2.2: Collaboration with the Forestry Administration of Siem Reap to organize the meeting to define criteria and members of committee to participate in the training of information gathering to prepare management plans for community forestry.
1.1.2.3: Conduct 3 training courses on community forestry information collection to members and committees 9 days (1 community with 3 days), facilitate by two forestry administration officers, with 90 participants (30 members per community) at least 50%. of females
1.1.2.4: Practice or Community Forestry Proclamation for 21 days (7 communities per community) coordinated by two Forestry Administration Officers with 90 participants (30 people per community).
1.1.2.5: Conduct 3 training courses on community forest inventory (3 days per community) for 9 days, facilitated by two forestry administration officers, with 90 participants (30 people per community).
1.1.2.6: Conduct community forest inventory for 30 days (10 day per community) facilitated by two forestry district officers and 90 members and commissions (30 members per community).
1.1.2.7: Hire mapping experts to divide forestry for 3 communities
1.1.2.8: Hire expert to analysis forestry inventory data for 3 Communities
1.1.2.9: Collaboration with the Forestry Administration to present the results of analysis for three days (1 Community per day) to members and Community forestry committees 90 (30 members per community).
1.1.2.10:Cooperate with the Department of Community Forestry at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Siem Reap Forestry Administration to write forestry management plan 3 forestry communities at Forestry Administration of Siem Reap for 5 days.
1.1.2.11:Submit three Community Forestry Management Plans to Chief of Forestry Department of the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Siem Reap to check and approve.
1.1.3.1: Meetings with Forestry Administration, Community Commitees, and Local Authorities to make plan for patrolling at night and day time, boundary demarcation and putting banner to stop cutting forest.
1.1.3.2: Produce 3 large signboards and 30 small labels and 60 border markers.
1.1.3.3: Provide community forestry patrol equipment 6 phones (phone have flashlight, and radio) (2 flashlights per community)
1.1.3.4: Cooperate with the Forestry Administration to do the demarcation of community forest borders and forest clearance for 6 days (2 days per community).
1.1.3.5: Support patrolling members and community committees once a month.
1.1.3.6: Monitoring patrolling members and community forestry committees 9 times (3 times per community) in a project.
2.1.1.1: Meeting of the three villages (Boeng Mealea village of Boeng Mealea commune and Tropeang Popel and Tropeang Toem village of Ta Siem commune, Svay Leu district) to identify 30 farmers' choice criteria (15 rice crops and 15 climate smart agriculture CSA) to participate in the technical training, use the Drum Seeder and the climate smart agriculture (CSA).
2.1.1.2 Establishing quotation committees to buy 3 Drum Seeders (1Drum Seeder per Village) of Ta Siem and Boeung Mealea commune and 300kg of rice seeds (15 families, 20kg) variety of climate resistant and six-crop.
2.1.1.3: Training on technical to use drum seeder, raining season planting rice, and climate smart agriculture (CSA) 3 courses for 2 days (1 day theory and 1 day of direct implementation) with 30 model farmers from three villages (10 persons per village, 5p for planting rice and 5p for CSA), produced training documents by Siem Reap Provincial Department of Agriculture two persons.
2.1.1.4. Cooperate with Siem Reap Department of Agriculture to monitor the implementation of 30 households to make adjustments and provide technical advice 3 times per project.
3.1.1.1: Meeting with members and Tasiem commune councils appoint Propeang Popel community forestry committee who is existing to manage the maintenance drinking water station and recruit 10 members (5 persons from Tropeang Popel and 5 persons from Boeung Mealea) to cross-visit drinking water station, flower garden, and bee raising place in Banteay Srey District, Siem Reap Province.
3.1.1.2 Lead members and drinking water station management committees, bee raising, and flower garden 10 persons (5 persons from Tropeang Popel and 5 persons from Boeng Mealea) to visit the Water Treatment Station, and a breeding place for bees in Banteay Srey district, Siem Reap province about the maintenance of drinking water station using solar panels, bee raising, and flower garden for 2 days.
3.1.1.3: Meeting to disseminate the results of cross-visit and set up policy, by-law of drinking water station to members and local authorities 25 persons within 11 women, and determine the price of water sales.
3.1.1.4: Meeting with members and community forestry committees to disseminate the draft policy, by-law of drinking water station and submit to chief of commune council for consideration and approval.
3.1.1.5: Establishing procurement committee taken from drinking water station management and maintenance committee of using solar panels to select a solar supplier and a water machine.
3.1.1.6: Installation one drinking water station with technical support and contractual supply.
3.1.1.7: Training on drinking water station management, recording and revenues facilitated by the officials of Solar and water machine technical and CDC staff for 3 days.
3.1.1.8: Cooperate with local authorities to publicize drinking water station using solar energy and price according to type of bottle and tanks and the use of income.
3.1.1.9: Collaborate with the officials of Solar and Water Machine to inspect and monitor drinking water station three times in a project.
3.1.2.1: Meeting with Tropeang Toem members Community forestry committees to appoint community forestry committees management as saving group management committee and establish statute by-law of management.
3.1.2.2: Meeting with members and committees to disseminate draft status by-law management and submit to chief of commune council for review and approval.
3.1.2.3: Training on recording revenue, community mobilization and reporting writing to committees for 2 days and funding two savings groups (800 USD per group)
3.1.2.4: Monitoring the management of Saving Group 3 times per project.
3.1.3.1: Meeting with members and Boeng Mealea commune council to appoint exiting Prey Totoeng Thngay community forestry committees to manage the community of artificial bees and mixed natural garden and agree on the layout of flowers and bee raising areas.
3.1.3.2: Meeting to disseminate the results of cross-visit on bee raising and setting up flower garden, establish status by-law for management of artificial bees raising and mixed natural garden with members committees and local authorities 25 persons within 50% of women and limit price of visiting gardens and honey.
3.1.3.3: Meeting with members and community forestry committees to disseminate draft policy by-law management and submit them to chief of commune council to sign recognition.
3.1.3.4: Meeting to set up a procurement committee for purchase of flower seeds, flower garden organizer, water tank with standing and flower garden irrigation system.
3.1.3.5: Training on technical planting four different flowers, sunflowers and other flowers for two days facilitated by two agriculture technical officers and CDC.
3.1.3.6: Prepare planting areas and install irrigation systems (standing and water tank) using solar panels and flower garden irrigation system.
3.1.3.7: Training on bee keeping to bee raising group 3 persons with 1 female for 7 days (couching 7 days) facilitated by bee raising technician and provide equipment with bee 5 stalls (1 stall equal 8 bee lobsters).
3.1.3.8: Monitoring artificial bee keeping community and mixed natural garden of members and Prey Totoeng Thngay community Forestry committees 3 times a project.
3.1.4.1: Community members participant to raise issues and requirements into commune investment program and commune development plan in 2017 of Boeng Mealea Commune.
3.1.4.2: Community chief involve in Svay Leu district integration process.
3.1.4.3: The community is involved in the follow-up of the restoration work performed by the company and the Boeng Mealea Commune Council.
4.1.1.1: Meeting with beneficiaries commune councils, Forestry Administration and Department of Agriculture to find valuable lessons learn and good experiences for sharing.
4.1.1.2: Compiling case studies of the success of the project (Sustainability of the project by implementing drinking water station using solar, savings groups, artificial bees keeping and designing of tourist attraction tourism, effect of project implementation)
4.1.1.3: Compile a video/photo story on the success and lesson learn from the project implementation
4.1.1.4: Organize workshops to share lessons learnt and best practices from project implementation
4.1.1.5: Hire independent consultant to evaluate the performance of the project.
