Publications, brochures will be printed to share and depict the actions, results and outcomes and short success stories. The findings of the NGO will be shared with other NGOs, government and villagers in the project area.

The beneficiaries are not indigenous community.

The main aim of the project is to reduce dependency on mono cropping and diversify their income by enabling them through SHG formation, productivity enhancement by promotion of semi intensive rearing strengthening vet care services and promoting duck rearing. The NGO along with the community members/SHGs will focus on comprehensive and inclusive health, education and livelihood training in order to promote sustainable economic well being, equality and basic human rights of the community regardless of gender, age and ability. Improve the lives of women and children by providing them clean cooking technologies and reducing health hazards like TB caused due to indoor pollution arising from traditional cooking practices. The project will promote cost-effective, appropriate local, low cost, easy to manage, technologies using local resources to ensure improved access, sustained use and maintenance of infrastructure created for effective management of cow dung as alternate energy and solid and liquid waste. The focus will be on reducing of emission in effective and efficient use of resources, in particular fuel wood. 70 bio gas units will be constructed. Travis will be constructed in 5 villages as it will provide basic infrastructure for treating animals at the village itself as well as for Artificial Insemination. Jobs will be assigned to personnel and community resources persons engaged in NAMAMI Gange Project.

The project will be a step towards maximizing the outputs from the Govt. initiatives under the Namami Gange project in the ecological sensitive Ganga river basin. The NGO will have a direct linkage with the programs of the Govt. of India, JREDA, UNDP and Animal Husbandry Department.

The project will promote the participation of both men and women from the target village. Community participation is an integral part of the project. Community members will actively participate in all the phases of the project initiation from project planning and designing till its monitoring and evaluation. The project will ensure active participation of women members in decision making. 60 SHGs will be formed with 95% bank linkages at the end of the project. Women SHGs will also be involved in planning implementing and managing the project activities.

Training are provided on how to maintain Bio gas units, Duck management and also cultivation of fodder etc. Package of practices has been adopted by the farmers for each activities
