After careful analysis, it was decided that the FIDERPAC model, athough highly successful in the implementation of local credit committees does not adequately align with SGP's environmental agenda as FIDERPAC's product portfolio is not tied to protection and consrvation best practices to attend to environmental problems

FIDERPAC has more than 35 years of experience in financing microcredits, with the establishment of 100 Community Credit Committees. With the contribution of the CADETI / PPD Project, 10 CCCs are added, therefore the geographical area of action of FIPERPAC is covered more and its vision is fulfilled. ? The Credit Model is based on an organizational structure of active and dynamic communal participation grouped in small communal nuclei that are the communal credit committees (CCC), organizationally represented by the development associations, where they are represented as members of the customers of the model. This model allows the continuous participation of the people of the community and depends entirely on their will for its operation. ? FIDERPAC will provide advice, support and follow-up to each board of directors of the CCC so that they develop the administrative and organizational processes required for the proper functioning of the credit model. For this, there is a FIDERPAC official who visits the CCCs on a monthly basis, permanently even though the CADETI / PPD project ends. ? FIDERPAC monitors, controls the operation and financial management of the boards of directors of the committees.
