- Inception report, which also indicate the final work plan for the project
- Draft Video documentary and draft programme booklet, which will be reviewed by GEF-SGP
- The final Video Documentary in both electronic copy and two hard copies (DVD) and programme booklet in both electronic copy and haed copy in hard cover book will be handed over after incorporating comments from GEF-SGP
- Extra (free of charge) : One DVD with 50 photos taken at the project sites
