Developing Papua New Guinea GEF Small Grants Programme OP6 Country Program Strategy and Communications Strategy
This project was developed to assist PNG SGP secretariat with finalising their Operational Phase six (6) Country Program Strategy. The team will be working through selected NGO, Sepik Wetlands Management Initiative, who are intermediary and will facilitate project implementation. Due to the substantial delays with team selection, timeline for implementation is limited to 6 months implementation, in view of June 10, deadline for OP6 CPS submission. Three key things will be achieved: 1. Developing baselines for seascape and or landscape determination 2. Developing Communications Strategy 3. Exploring and documenting list of potential partners
