Implementing NGO/CBO: Sea Concern Group (SEACON): Originally established a few decades ago as a voluntary coastal community group whose members comprised fishermen and community leaders with mandate to seek approaches for reversing degradation trend of marine and coastal ecosystems in the locality. Later in 2004, the group changed the name into the Sea Concern Group.
