Post-Cyclone PAM capacity building for the restoration of the coastal fisheries habitat and community governance
The overall purpose of the project is to strengthen community capacity for effective management and monitoring of coastal ecosystem in Vanuatu. The project will be carried out by obtaining information on the current fishers groups activities status, within the cyclone PAM most affected communities in Vanuatu, networking of village fishers association though the Development of Provincial Sustainable coastal resource management framework in the provinces of Tafea and Shefa and monitoring and mentoring the village fishermen?s association towards sustainable coastal resource management.
