1. Objectives
1.1 Overall objective:
Draw lessons learned and document results of the Small Grants Programme, implemented in Vietnam by the Global Environment Fund
1.2 Specific objectives:
Review and summarize success stories, challenges in the design and formulation of projects, in implementation, reporting and documentation of results, thus contributing to improve quality and increase the effectiveness and sustainability of the projects.
Document exemplary initiatives/results to share, replicate, and promote changes in awareness and sustainable development policy at the community level.
Disseminate and share information that has been compiled and documented.

2. Expected Results
An assessment report to identify and analyze strengths and limitations, make recommendations for adoption in the next projects. The report was designed and printed in Vietnamese and English.
A set of successful projects within GEF areas of interest was designed and printed in Vietnamese and English.
A 20-minute documentary or slide show in both Vietnamese and English to compile lessons learned and successful models.
Five to eight 5-minute clips of each success lesson in Vietnamese and English.
A network of 100-120 organizations who have taken over the projects.
GEF SGP Facebook page of NGO/CBO+ is set up and put into operation.
