Supporting community forestry groups by providing consultancy services on drying vegetables and producing food additives for local markets
The project will grow and supply to the market no less than 3 product items. The 3 products will be patented, barcoded and packed up to standard. The producers will learn and master a drying technology. They will also acquire skills to set and repair drying equipment. There are many people in rural areas who do not know how to pack and store their crops according to the relevant technology, and supply them to the market.
