Carob Grinder for Kaitouly Village
This project aims for improving the agriculture sector in Kaitouly village, creating a full chain of production of carobs, starting by a nursery (approved and funded by the Municipality, a huge plantation project (planting 100000 m2 Carob in the Municipality land with 4000 carob tree) and by installing carob grinder. Having the only grinder in the region, will provide jobs for the villagers, encourage the villagers on planting carob trees and cultivating their lands.
This will help in reducing poverty within unemployed residents, providing a very good income for the Sports club and the municipality to improve the agriculture sector.
This project will contributes in reducing poverty, promoting the green activities, combating climate change and reducing desertification and land degradation.
