Identifying and analizing the planning and conducting project, take a best practice, identifying the result impact and managing building strategy impact to make sure the sustainability program. Through the Appreciative Inquiry that involve all of level, it will be on process in learning and strengthening the result and impact to developing a part of sustainability programme on conducting project and will be measureable in national and global level.

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Collecting the stories from GEF SGP Indonesia?s partners.
Indicators : Conducting the documentation process, results and impact then learning from SGP Indonesia partners in 5 focal area, in 25 activities, 9 local provinces to human life balancing and natural conservation efforts

Objective 2 : Measuring working result form GEF SGP Partner
Indicators : 1. Existence the strategy identification?s role and tactical in grant support facilitation to working partners for community skill and role in biodiversity conservation, climate change?s impact and saving the international water in 25 activities and 9 provinces at GEF SGP?s Indonesia project.
2. Existence project impact intervention analysys program GEF SGP Indonesia with partners with the significant reformation.

Objective 3 : Sharing and composing partner?s stories as a part of learning
Indicators : 1. Composed the story process, result and significant implementing program impact by GEF SGP partners in a photo-story book in bilingual language (Indonesia and English)
2. Existence the substantial input to guiding book ?Sharing Data and Sharing stories : ?Alternative Guide Method/Technical Compiling data and information about Partner?s project activity

EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. 1. Documentation of processes, outcomes and impact of learning interventions and GEF SGP on five focal areas; biodiversity, climate change, international waters, land degradation and organic pollutants parsisten of 32 work areas in 11 provinces in Indonesia as an effort to balance the interests of human life and nature kelesetariaan.
2. 2. Existence of the identification of strategic and tactical role of the GEF - SGP in facilitating grant support to encourage its partners and the ability of society to rescue the role of biodiversity, climate change impacts and protect international waters of 32 work areas in 11 provinces in Indonesia
3. 3. Existence results of analysis of the impact of intervention programs with its partners to GEF SGP significant changes, both at the level of policies and practices in the community.
4. 4. Existence of substantial and technical input to the guide book SHARING DATA SHARING STORIES; "Introduction to alternative methods / techniques of collecting data and information on the activities / projects of the GEF SGP partners".
