GOAL
Strengthening the access and management of pure water for all the community in Semau Island.
BJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Improving the access of pure water that proper for Semau Community
: 1. 750 families will get the access of properly water
2. Composing 6 road map and action plan in village area (for each village brings out one road map)
3. Existing 10 unit the dug well and 3 unit the pipeline that ready to used for drinking water which could be accessed by 1000 families
4. Existing the demonstration plot for farming land that would planting the staple corps and holticulture such as corn, green bean, chili and water melon
5. Existing the 1000 kilograms local corn crops that would planted in the 20 hektare farming land
6. Repairing the 3 solar panel to drive the electric dynamo
7. Composing a study of availability the water quality
8. Existing the one report and photos to support the index of climate change based on village
9. Existing the one of clean lifestyle modul.
10. Composing the reguation about BUMDES and the Conduction in 6 villages
Activities : 1. The water facility assesment and the potential development pure water

3. The Rehabilitation of maximum 10 unit the digging wells
4. The Development the land farming with the focus on holticulture and stple corps
5. Organizing the digging of 20 planting tubs of water in around the wells and gutter water reservoirs line

7. Rehabilitation of pipeline and water tub that existing in water resources and the ponds
8. In the wells with the strong water discharge could used in solar panel for drive the electruc dynami and pipeline to houses and public facilitation
9. The Study of avaibility and analyzing of water quality for the first and the end of project
10. The meusurement and the index of vulnerability to climate change workshop based on community
11. The campaign and supporting the clean lifestyle workshop and the conserving the ecosystem in Semau Island

Objective 2 : The Facilitation of forming the organization and regulation the sustainable water resources management in the each village
Indicators : 1. Composing one model in model about management water resources in viillage and district matan
2. Forming the BP SPAM organization in 6 village
3. Existing one local regulation about conserving and management of water resources that managing the forbidden forest ar marga forest
Activities : 1. The water resources water resources management in village and district area
2. The preparation of local regulation about BUMDES and organization of community empowerment
3. The Legalisation of local regulation such as from BUMDES and LPM..
4. The forming and launching launching the organization of village water management as BPSPAMDES/ the commitee of community water
5. Strenghening the BPSPAMDES capacity (vision, main desk and function, stucture and job descriotion, programme, and activity)
6. The strategy of water resources workshop in regency area
7. The composing of local regulation (Instruction/ the letter of aggreement/the regency regulation about the natural conservation)
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. Increasing the community access in sustainable drinking water properly as standar of water need
2. Existing the organization and regulation for water sources guarantee and conservation of the water resouces
