Rehabilitation land and Conservation efforts to support Water Resource Utilization For Koa Village Community Through Hydraulic Ram Pump (Hydram Pump)
GOAL
In 2015, Koa Village will be a rehabilitation model and land conservation for the forest conservation and Besiam watershed conservation
OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Mahogany wood plant development and water rose as rehabilitation of degraded land
Indicators : 1. Existence of an area of 3 hectares for arable crop types and water rose mahogany, lamtoro, calliandra, sesbania, elephant grass and king grass (king-grass) around the fountain as well as the critical area which tends to landslides and erosion
2. Existence of participation and active role CBO Manektob Farmers Group 20 members in particular and society in general Koa village in an effort mentoring increase in economic income
3. Existence of consciousness 20 farmer groups and rural communities in particular Manektob Koa some 32 families generally act in rehabilitation and conservation lands is critical so that the sources of springs waking existence

2. Preparation of seedlings
3. Determination planting and land preparation
4. Preparation of planting holes, and planting
5. Maintenance
6. Training and extension of water and soil conservation
7. Bokashi-making training.
Objective 2 : Developing watershed and technology of hydraulic ram pump (hydram-pump) as a water supply for community.
Indicators : 1. Existence of 1 unit of reservoir mini size 3 x 5 x 2 meters around the fountain to stem the flow of water to be accommodated so that the force can move the existing water hydrant pump
2. Existence of 1 unit of the reservoir tub (master bath) 3 x 4 x 2 meters to collect water from springs that are pumped / hydrant pump driven by
3. Existence of 4 tubs reserve 2 x 2 x 2 meters to distribute water to homes
4. Existence of 1 unit of hydraulic ram pump (= hydrant pump) 2 dim size as well as other supporting equipment and installed at the water source to pump water to the tub or move the reservoir
Activities : 1. Procurement of material / materials for the manufacture of 1 unit mini size 3x5x2 m ponds around the springs, 1 bath reservoir (parent) with size 3x4x2 m, 4 spare tub size 2x2x2 m.
2. Purchase hydraulic ram pump (hydrant pump) size 2 dim.
3. Procurement hose-type PE
4. Procurement (PE hose connector)
5. Procurement pipe sizes 2 dim
6. Cost of installation of hydraulic ram pump (pump hydrant and hose-pipe along)
7. Cost of making ponds and reservoirs
8. Fee road works and fencing around the fountain
Objective 3 : Capacity building and institutional strengthening farmer groups Manektob quality in order to encourage increased participation in the organization and directly involved in the rehabilitation and conservation measures
Indicators : 1. Availability of 1 (one) set of complete administrative requirements of the group and is always filled regularly (financial books, the register of members, register of attending meetings / events, book the meeting notes / minutes, guest books, notebooks activity results, notebook goods / asset / inventory, information book activities, books and book lending goods group operating results)
2. Establishment documents Work Plan (Management Plan) Group Medium-term (2014-2018) as the foundation and guide the working group authorized by the Village Head
3. CBO Manektob has stewardship and members are able to carry out its duties and functions well in participatory planning, implementation, development / empowerment of members and sustained oversight by governmental resources / independently or in partnership with others.
Activities : 1. Fulfillment equipment and tools for the administrative needs of the system administration group and structuring groups
2. Bookkeeping management training
3. Training business unit management
4. Advocacy with relevant agencies and coordinate with Government for strengthening group management
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. The realization of the development of plant mahogany wood and water rose as rehabilitation of degraded lands as well as to the protection of water sources existing eye so that continuity is maintained
2. Lamtoro By developing plants, calliandra, sesbania, elephant grass and king grass / fodder king-grass the needs are met once the realization of measures for soil conservation efforts.
3. Availability of existing water sources can overcome the water crisis that is often experienced by rural communities Koa throughout the season through the application of hydraulic ram pump (hydrant pump) that provides great benefits for the farmer groups and rural communities in particular Manektob Koa general.
4. Several springs in the village can be developed for conversion Koa utilization for the needs of the community that may indirectly affect the improvement of living standards towards a better community.
5. Existence Farmers Group Manektob Koa village still exist and independent in the forest and watershed management efforts to achieve sustainable rural and prosperous society.
