This project seeks to do a baseline assessment that will provide the COMDEKS Country Program and concerned stakeholders with information about the current state of the landscape which can be used as a basis for setting goals and developing the landscape strategy. The baseline assessment will also provide the initial data set for landscape performance indicators which the COMDEKS Country Program can compare with subsequent performance indicators to assess how the landscape is changing throughout the implementation of the Satoyama Initiative (SI) in Namibia
