To promote application of improved land and natural resources management techniques, involvement communities in sustainable resources conservation, management and use by protecting, rehabilitating, and sustainably managing land, forest around Tororo and Osukuru rocks, including the wildlife resources therein and to increase the income of rural communities who own these resources in order to restore the ecological security of the threatened significant biological resources within Tororo and Osukuru rock ecosystems.
