Khashaat-Green strips of western Nomgon, herder groups, namely ?Nomgon sorlog sureg? herder group and ?Morit khugjil? herder group agreed to act as equal partner implementers under this project. The purpose of this project is to contain groundwater, slow sand movements, fence off elm and aspen on a strip, diversify pasture plants by growing perennial plants and prevent the blowing of the nutrient parts of soil by wind.
