4. Project Objective and Proposed Activity (not more than 600 words)
? Nature of the proposed activity

1) Planting the mangroves in Thatta?s Coastal areas to habitat them and to establish a nursery that fulfill the needs of plants and replanting around the 1200 acres of area to the end of project. To mitigate the environmental hazards like sea erosion, wind erosion and save the wetlands. To provide sustainable livelihood for the people of this area and conserved through community conservation efforts.
2) To educate the people especially youth, children and fisherman about the importance of Mangroves and involve the community and stakeholders through meeting, trainings, brochures, pamphlets and to motivate the local residence that how they replanting and protect the Mangrove in future.
The activities will be carried out through as the project runs our focus will be on the conducting the baseline survey of the area, Organizing the capacity development of community members and involve the stakeholders like civil society, community and government officials, and make an excellent network with other NGOs CBOs and sharing the experiences with them through the exchange visits. Form an equal representation of women from villages to aware the society through campaigns, formation of Cos, social mobilizing, meeting, pamphlets and broachers.
o To conduct extensive base line survey of area: The expected output from the baseline study is the profile of socio-economic data, natural and environmental data for Thatta Coast. This data will form the basis for the development of a comprehensive plan for the Thatta Coast
o Form the 10 COs with equal representation of females in 10 villages.
o Organize 10 capacity Development Sessions for community members (One in each village) on environmental issues and community organization.
o Publication of 1 Project Broacher
o Publication of 3 Pamphlets on issues of Thatta Coast and cultivation of mangroves
o Development of a Documentary on Thatta Coast
o Establishment of one mangrove plant nursery in project area.
o Re-plantation of Mangroves in 1200 acres.

? Demonstration value, value as a learning experience, any other anticipated results
? Potential risks/bottlenecks and how to address these
? Ten village organizations formed with equal representation of male and female community members.
? 3500 Communities of 10 villages groups organized and mobilized for collective action and aware on environmental issues
? 500 people of 10 cOs trained on basic organizational management tools and importance of environmental activities.
? A Mini Environmental Education Centre established at Project site for:
? Restoration and conservation of mangroves and species living in the coast waters
? Introducing and propagation of composting
? Educating the visitors and the general public, especially the youth, in the environment and specifically, the protection of wetlands and importance of mangroves.
? Providing better facilities to the visitors to the area.
? One mangrove plant nursery established.
? Re-plantation of Mangroves in 1200 acres
? Organize three- Two days capacity Development Workshops for staff and community members on selection of fineable species of mangroves and over all plantation skills .
? When the Mangroves are cultivated the hole environment well be changed and people of this belt earn their livelihood from this and it is also put impact on their health because the nutrition is the main problem for the people of this coast the social and economic and financial impacts are so srong with this project people earn their livelihood, they fulfill their nutration needs and their for which put good result on the economic of this belt Mangroves are good fodder for the animals. this project is impact full for this belt enviermentlly, sea erosion is mitigate and it less the wind erosion and less the natural hazards increase the sweet water sources and it is mitigate the carbon from the air which is today is a big issue for the envierment

Some risks are their like people, animals and nature from animals big risk is that they may eat the seeds or plant in early stage so that people may use mangroves in their daily kichen to burn , we make a solution for that and establish a side office on the project side which keep eye on all issues abd solve them in cause of natural disaster we make sure that we mitigate the impact of it by implementation of our strategy .
