TRUCE would start the proposed project by appointing experienced and qualified staff. The recruitment process will be conducted as per policy of the organization i-e advertisement in local newspapers and other media, and selection through the established selection committee.
Target beneficiaries in terms of socio-economics, geography and gender, should be elaborated
Strategy for development of indicators to assess project progress and achievements. The indicators should be specific, measurable, attainable, reliable and time bound (SMART).
