Promoting Alternate Energy in Coastal Area of Jati
? To help marginalized people living in remote coastal villages to have free of cost solar lights
? Mobilization, awareness and capacity building of target communities about usefulness and household applications of solar energy.

? To save people?s money, they usually spend on kerosene for lighting traditional lamps

? Sensitizing the identified beneficiaries for the best use of solar equipments provided as echo friendly asset
? Identifying of deserving beneficiaries in Jati
? Procurement of solar lanterns,
? Procurement and installation of 10 unit solar street lights of 36 watt with LED lights
? Hiring trained mechanics for installation of facility at specified places
? Project inauguration ceremony
? Organize distribution ceremony of Solar lanterns
? 10 echo friendly CBOs will be formed in the target area
? To organize community capacity building trainings on sustainable use of natural resources management
? Printing ?information, education and communication? IEC material and installation of sign boards
