Objective
1. Ecologically sound economic development of the community in Nagarparker district Tharparker by the end of project

Outputs:
1.1 Community based Local Faclitating Committee ( LFC) functioning
1.2 Ecotourism promoted by constructing tourist huts, improving sanitation,sunny sheds.
1.3 Improved soil degradation through neem tree plantation
1.4 Local culture promoted

Activities
1.1.1 Enlisting member of LFC
1.1.2 Training of LFC on ecotourism and managing outputs produced under the project
1.2.1 Site selection for construction visitors huts in coordination with LFC
1.2.2 Finalizing technical designs and estimation of huts
1.2.3 Logistic arrangement
1.2.4 Works monitoring and reporting
1.2.5 Site selection for constructing latrines, waste collecting points in coordination with LFC
1.2.6 Finalizing technical designs and estimation of huts
1.2.7 Logistic arrangement
1.2.8 Technical designing and material provision for sunny sheds at picnic spots and training local youth managers
1.3.1 Coordination with forest department for tree saplings
1.3.2 Community mobilization for observing plantation day
1.3.3 Monitoring plantation of Neem tree
1.4.1 Enlisting local artists in the area
1.4.2 Organizing meetings with local artists (male and female)
1.4.3 Organizing evening events with local artists by inviting visitors
1.4.4 More training events with LFC and handing over the outputs produced under the project to concerned and LFC

? The overall impact of this project will lies over the lives of local people who will directly and indirectly be linked with the project. this project will give a recognition to the areas and its natural beauty will be promoted widely which resulted in increase in ratio of tourists. Increase ratio of day-trippers and tourists will put effects on commercial activities of local people. Besides, interaction with visitors will also enhance knowledge and bring changes in lifestyle of local people. Wildlife will also be protected as a result of this project and people started protecting the animals.
? Moreover, risks are also exist in managing traditional guesthouse and meeting the requirements of tourists from different lifestyles but IRADO believe in its expertise and plans for frequent training and refreshers as challenges can be handled in professional manners
