By implementing the climate change project, the beneficiary has already had a knowledge on nursery and this ability can be witnessed by around 4,000 seedlings which have already been grown by the target community. The community members have already successfully planted around 2,200 seedlings in 2 ha of open land area. All the trees are well grown and can protect the environment for a long term condition. One pilot of agro-forestry farm has already been established and that this pilot is grown with a various seedlings such as forest trees seedlings and fruit trees seedlings. It is well fenced. This agro-forestry farm has already improved the economy level of the target community There are around 400 pamphlet/brochures have been produced and distributed to the community as the part of awareness raising campaign on climate change impact to the community

This grantees also has been linked to the Mangroves Project for protecting and conserving mangroves in Manatuto district. This project is funded by GEF.
