GOAL
Creation of the improvement community welfare through Harmony natural Resources- Base Livelihoods in Sub Wampu Watershed Conservation

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Conserving watershed WAMPU in the Bingai Village Through Livelihood Activities and The Natural Harmony community.
Indicators : 1. Embedded and development of 40,000 stems of perennials productive / fruit trees on the banks of Sub-watershed Wampu in Kampung Ujung Baka / Village to Village Bingai Setungkit.
2. Establishment of 1 integrated farming demonstration plots and nurseries perennials belonging to a group of at least 1 ha.
3. Formed and facilitated at least 5 (five) groups of people who are involved in the protection / conservation of river and nature conservation.
4. Of at least 161 people Kampung Ujung Baka Community / Village Bingai efforts and implement agriculture-animal husbandry practices that minimize carbon emissions and increase carbon immersion.
Activities : 1. Soil Analysis for Mersure C/N Soil and level of Carbon embedded in the Demplot Plan
2. Planting Hard Productive Plants / Planting Along the sub-watershed in the Region Ujung Baka Wampu
3. Various Implementation of Education and Training, Intergrated Agriculture Demonstration Plot Development, Nursery and Community Learning Studio
Objective 2 : Improving the Community Income Through enterpreneurship Conservation based
Indicators : 1. Any Definitive Plan each beneficiary group (group 5).
2. Minimum of 161 community members (beneficiaries) are no longer using poison and electricity or equipment damage fish habitat from the river to obtain River Wampu
3. At the end of the program beneficiaries increased revenue by at least 30% of the maintenance of freshwater fish in cages.
4. At the end of the program beneficiaries earn income increase of at least 30% of free-range poultry business.
5. Beneficiary communities earn a minimum of 20% increase in revenue from the sale of seed crops production nurseries communities / groups.
Activities : 1. Definitive Plan Group Community
2. Building 4 (four) cages for 4 (four) Sub Group Community
3. Building he nursery plant around 1 hectare as Community?s property
4. Developing the free range chicken for 50 household
5. Developing the goats livestock for young community
6. Building a simple biogas plant
Objective 3 : Developing Community Capacity and Improvement the networks knowledge and skills of community in conservation and development of Wampu Watershed
Indicators : 1. Implementation of stakeholder meetings Wampu watershed management (community, village officials, local government, BP DAS, PTP, Private Industry etc..) On a regular basis (every 6 months) and the completion agenda Wampu watershed protection. (3 meetings during the project period)
2. Structured and socialized Perdes Conservation and Management Sub Wampu River watershed. (at least 1 Perdes been socialized in the Village Bingai)
3. Implementation of training at least 2 times the Conservation of Nature and Environment for 100 participants.
4. The existence of 5 solid group with a minimum of 161 members of the Society Kampung Ujung Baka / Village Bingai active in watershed conservation activities Wampu.
Activities : 1. Periodically meeting Participatory Watershed Stakeholders Wampu
2. Making the Village Policy
3. Training, Campaign and Socialization nature conservation and Environment
4. Strengthening of Group / Mentoring, Leadership Training Management and Administration Group, Financial Training and savings and loans groups.
5. Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation Training / PRSP in each group (5 group)
6. Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation in 6 month
7. Co mentoring between 5 groups in 6 month
Objective 4 : Implementation Process Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting and Dissemination / dissemination of information and lessons learned from the implementation of the program as part of the Accountability of the project.
Indicators : 1. There is documentation of all program activities are good and timely financial reports and program implementation. Minimum in 2 1 progress report and final report.
2. It says, supply and distribution (to the public and stakeholders) of at least 100 eksemplarbuku best practices of Conservation Program Sub-watershed in the Village Wampu Bingai Sei.
3. At least 3 times in a period of program information about program activities reported in the local media in North Sumatra 3

EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. Kampung Ujung Baka, a model village Bingai Wampu watershed conservation and community-based adaptation to climate change through the development of integrated agriculture-livestock-forestry,
2. Increased prosperity and standard of living Kampung Ujung Baka.
3. Formation Forums / Coalition for Community Networking sub-watershed management Wampu Village Bingai involving various stakeholders Wampu watershed.
