The process of interaction and communication between the parties should be facilitated and mediated by a vehicle that the dialogue that are equal and productive .
3 . Means of reforestation and crop diversification
One of the problems in the destruction of agricultural land is above the carrying capacity of land use being offset by the conservation and improvement of soil conditions will lead to land degradation . Land in areas with steep slopes that are appropriate for the forest , when experiencing conversion to agricultural crops will be vulnerable to disaster or soil erosion and landslides .

Where experience during this seed planted by farmers is seed quality is not guaranteed , so few cases that arise are crop farmers died before production plant disease besides ease .
2 . Means of organic fertilizer ( manure vermicompost )
A wide range of fertilizers and chemicals are introduced to support agriculture that are considered modern , but on the other hand turned out to contain a lot of negative charge disaping positive impact . The negative impact resulting from the use of chemical fertilizers has become barren farmland , yet again due to the use of pesticides with high toxicity of lead involved the killing of animals which are not really pests and it will help eradicate agricultural pests themselves .

One of the goals of this program is the increase in farmers' income in order to support the improvement of their living conditions , in which the activities that support that effort is a change in the mindset of farmers to sell their agricultural products such passion that they sell in the form of fruit , turned to selling processed in form of pulp , juice , and others.

Besides other support is in the form of cooperatives secretariat refinement . With the completion of this cooperative secretariat , it is expected that the work of the board effectiveness can be better in the service of the members . Schedule for implementation of the planned activities starting at month 2 to month 7 , and this activity will continue until the completion of the program and will be forwarded by the community as a form of non- participation of the community .
