GOAL
Embodies Kampung Becak Maju (Bener Kricak Maju) as an ecotourism area with environmental education and climate resilience ? based education and culture
OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : To preserve the river ecosystem of Winongo Segment-Kricak Brener and maintain an area of green open space (agricultural land and river border)
Indicators : 1. Communities can maintain an area of green open space in the form of agricultural land and open space green area of 11 ha and 5 ha of riparian
2. Managing public green open land as a production zone or zone of 11 ha of green economy
3. Communities can maintain cleanliness of litter and waste streams serve 124 household directly adjacent to the river
Activities : 1. Communities maintain agricultural land and open space with several activities, including :
a. Economically valuable crops such as bamboo and gaharu
b. Using public lands for ecotourism activities that impact the addition of the land owner income in rent
2. Community make the area Winongo river ? Bener Kricak as a outbound space for students in the school, especially for elementary and junior high school in Yogyakarta with some activities such as :
a. Facilitator training manager
1) Training for Community Empowerment
2) Environmental Education Model Training and Resilience to Climate Change
3) Training Area Management Travel Environmental Education Agriculture and Land-Based Green Open Space
4) Training Facilitator Tourism Regions Environmental Education Agriculture and Land-Based Green Open Space
5) Facilitator Training Area Tourism Rivers Environmental Education-Based Conservation.
6) Training Materials Climate Resilience in teaching.
b. Making Supporting infrastructure
c. Socialization and Promoting to Schools in Yogyakarta
d. Cleaning the river on location
e. Revitalization of Communal WWTO cause pollution
3. Making Garbage Depots in river bank area and process is as a waste material craft industry
4. Managers make periodic meetings to discuss training, personal development and management reporting processes to monitor the progress record activity
Objective 2 : Provides an opportunity for elementary and kindergarten students in Yogyakarta to learn about the natural environment and climate change as practice activities of lessons given in schools
Indicators : 1. The Administator could socialization and promote the activities of village tourism minimal education to 20 primary schools and kindergartens in Yogyakarta
2. The Administator can facilitate the visit activities from school students to get to know about the tourist village educational activities that have been provided with a capacity of 250 students each month.
3. The module can generate business for tourist activities socialized minimal environmental education in 10 schools
4. ?Perkumpulan Bina Lingkungan? Produce 1 module teaching climate resilience
Activities : 1. ?Bina lingkungan? will conducted disseminate to the elementary schools and kindergartens in Yogyakarta by distributing brochures
2. Conduct advanced training for facilitators and recruit new facilitator for mentoring activities for students who visit the tourist village education
3. Conduct the discussions to complement and create modules for tourist activities educational activities
Objective 3 : Disseminate information about the Environmental Education and Climate Change communities conservation and evaluation river and green open spaces.
Indicators : 1. Business activities and the document can print documents at 1 month
2. Managers can create reports and records of the process every 1 month.
3. Is making workshop management of program evaluation at the end of the program as much as 1 times
Activities : 1. Capturing photos and videos on activities.
2. Print-making and the development of an evaluation report kegiaatan
3. Program evaluation workshop with invited several stakeholders (villages, schools, BKM, LPMK and Karangtaruna)
EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. Creating the clean rivers and the ecotourism spot that comfortable place to visit
2. Creating a riparian area as center of economic growth
3. Transmit enviromental education and climate change to highschool student in Yogyakarta.
4. Creating the new ecotourism area in Yogyakarta ? basen on environment
PROJECT PARTICIPANTS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES
Direct : 1. the community around the programme with the hygiene programme and reforesting programme. Number of local beneficiaries that can be tapped directly at the 9 RW Border Rivers in Ex. Ex jiwadan Kricak 3216. Bener 3112 inhabitants with an average ratio of men and women by 50%: 50% (data 2011)
2. An income for local residents facilitators (60 people) and the owner / vehicle (20 people)
3. Bener village communities with the derivatives sector, such as revenue from parking, food and crafts
4. Yogyakarta City Government with the parking fees, levies and taxes top tourist spot
5. School students can learn about the natural environment and native. Number of school students who potentially tapped directly: 82 elementary schools in the city of Yogyakarta and 192 kindergartens in the city of Yogyakarta (60,000 students)
Indirect : 1. Local Government of Yogyakarta, this program helps conservation of riparian and add green space coverage.
2. Public school students in Yogyakarta, especially in the presence of some real world examples of environmental management (waste management, greening) and the cultivation of food sector (agriculture, livestock, fisheries and livestock).
