CONSERVE UGANDA Conserving Desert Dates project aims to conserve desert dates and Shea butter trees through improved use and commercialization of their products by raising awareness on conservation of the Shea butter and desert date trees through improved use and management among local communities and other stakeholders; adopting and/or developing appropriate tools for processing and packaging of Shea butter and desert date products; and building the capacity of community groups on improved processing, value addition and marketing of Shea butter and desert date products;
