GOAL :
The expansion of Teras Mitra as an integrated movement to consolidate resources and network of green socio entrepreneurship among SGP partners as the way to approach SGP GEF OP6.

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Strategic Planning for the Terasmira including reflecting the three years experience of Terasmitra, expanding network, visioning the way forward.
Indicators : 1. One consolidated report of Terasmitra Past, Present, and Future
One meeting event with SGP Partners
Activities :1. two days meeting event with Partners.
This meeting/workshop event will be facilitated by facilitators employing Vibrant Training Method. The facilitators will mix various knowledge and experiences to present Vibrant Communication Skills, a natural communication skill to discover everyone's inner voices which will inspire others. This activity will take 2 days.

Objective 2 : Enriching Strategy for SGP OP6 which focus on Green Entrepreneur, Green Investment, Sustainable Product, and Green-Grameen.
Indicators : One developed paper for contributing of Country Programme Strategy for Operational Phase 6.
Activities : One day meeting event with Partners, interspersed with exhibitions of products from partners with the hope that guests can see the results from the partners directly.

Objective 3 : Exhibiting stories from existing SGP Partners.
Indicators :
1. Six (6) Films from Existing Terasmitra Partners.
2. One (1) exhibition partners products from 20 SGP Partners.
Activities :
1. Documenting activities of six existing terasmitra partners based on their products or exit strategy
6 videos that we made:
1. Kelompok Perempuan Muara Tanjung
2. LAWE
3. Komunitas TUK
4. Yayasan Dian Tama
5. YCM
6. SOKOLA
These 6 documentary films tell the success stories of best practices from each partners. They tell stories of challenges, obstacles that have been passed and hopes and dreams of the future. It is expected that these 6 films can serve as inspirations for other groups.
2. One exhibition partners products

EXPECTED OUTPUT :
1. 20 SGP partners can gather in order to get to know each other.
2. With Vibrant Communication Skills, the partners are expected to change their way of thinking, to be more open to achieve their hopes and dreams.
3. With the exhibition of products from these partners, it is expected that any third parties could be interested to help them in short or long term.
4. With the showing of 6 documentary films of success stories from the partners, hopefully other partners can share tips and methods in order to achieve their own dreams.
