GOAL
Developing plan to develop the sea turtle protection area into ecotourism for ecology education site and community-based coastal biodiversity management

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : To create database in strengthening the development of the program
Indicators : Existing database on social, economy, and biodiversity in three villages
Activities :
1. Conducting survey on social and economy of community in the working area.
2. Identification of coastal biodiversity in the working area

Objective 2 : To plan community involvement in the program to develop the sea turtle protection area into ecotourism for ecology education site and community-based coastal biodiversity management
Indicators :
1. The participation of local communities and target group are accommodated in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the program.
2. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats influencing the implementation and sustainability of the program are identified.
3. Stakeholders analysis of all actors involved in the implementation of the program
Activities :
1. Conducting participatory workshop for program implementation


Objective 3 : To formulate work plan and action plan together with working group
Indicators : Existing agreement in the program design and implementation planning.
Activities : Conducting stakeholders? coordination meeting

EXPECTED OUTPUT
1.Model for sustainable coastal management
2.Program planning to develop the sea turtle protection area into ecotourism for ecology education site and community-based coastal biodiversity management. This program planning will include the plans to improve community?s livelihood in the programme and to increase bargaining position for community to manage the coastal resource through turtles conservation groups
