GOAL
The Sumberkepuh Lake spring is protected for its sustainability as water resources for irrigation to the neighboring villages especially in Lengkong sub-District.

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : To provide awareness and to disseminate information regarding the importance of improving the abandon area for the social, economy, and culture aspects of the communities
Indicators : 1. public awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability. Objective 2 : to ensure the sustainability of water supply to villages around the lake, especially in dry season by creating plengsengan along the watershed of the lake to avoid river sedimentation
Indicators : 1. Establishment of of DAS plengsengan sumberair to lake area as currently exist
2. The group of people responsible for the development process so that there is a sense of ownership and a strong participation from the community. From the group that had formed was also some communities that use of the watershed flow
Activities : 1. Plengsengan development that aims to keep sendimentasi stream and soil erosion are made with environmentally friendly concepts and dikes to keep the water flow in the dry season
2. Meeting people and forming groups.
As long as there have been groups of people LMDH Sumberkepuh village forest edge but not so much running. The first meeting with the group LMDH this happened in October of 2010 and was followed a few times in the past year and the second time this year. Indicators : 1. There is fattening and goat farming systems for farmers with gado

Activities : a. Meeting with Farmers

Objective 4 : Capacity building activities for groups of forest villagers and farmers assisted Erpeka
Indicators : 1.Well-organized management of the organization for the farmers and rural communities forests.

3. Workshop evaluation and RTL
Objective 4 : Monitoring and Evaluation
Indicators : 1. Program is implemented based on the schedule and plan, and any necessary improvement will be done to create better results.
2. The program can reach its expectation and the achievements are measurable.
Activities : 1.To conduct monitoring and evaluation by eRPeKa Nganjuk collaborate with the environmental observer in Nganjuk. Each activities or project will be evaluated and reported by eRPeKa and the community organization. Community will be involved in regular monthly meeting to understand more of the projects and its expected impacts towards the community.
2.To conduct evaluation towards the program to understand its progress and any improvement if necessary

EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. The watershed in Sumberkepuh Lake are escaped from landslides that might cause river sedimentation
2. The water supply to community are sustainable
3. The critical land in the protected forest nearby the lake and watershed are reforested
4. The community to manage the lake conservation are established
5. The village regulation to protect the Sumberkepuh Lake is available
