Demonstration project on Integrated Model Farming System and Micro-Hydro Power
The 4-hectares demonstration site aims to promote forest/soil and water conservation practices in 6 villages of Abaipa (Manoki, Sipuru, Sirobai, Kosia, Siuema and Kaspeke) parallel to efforts on forestry management being carried out to protect the hillsides and watershed, prevent soil erosion and land slips besides contending with the effects of climate change in ARB.
