Direct: 50 (wives, mothers of labor migrants, vulnerable families)
Indirect: 250 (200 women) (50 men)
The project beneficiaries wil be selected into 2 groups:
The project involves local population of jamoats, wives and mothers of labor migrants, which engage in small business and as well as vulnerable population.
Project Results
Task ?1:
Introduction and demonstration of small scale ASE (solar panel for lighting and solar water heater) in Obshoron, J.Nazarov,Sayod jamoats and Shaartuz settlement of Shaartuz district.
Measurement:
Procurement of ASE equipment-40unit;
Installation of ASE equipment (solar panels) on the roofs-40unit;
Installation of ASE equipment (solar water heaters) on the bathroom or kitchen-40unit;
Expected results:
Installed solar water heaters on the roof of 40 families of labor migrants and vulnerable families for obtaining hot water for domestic use;
Installed solar panels on the roof of 40 labor migrants families and vulnerable families for lighting of their houses.
Indicators:
40 families of labor migrants and vulnerable families got hot water for domestic needs (clothes washing, dishwashing, bathing and etc);
40 families of labor migrants and vulnerable families have an electricity at their houses
Task ?2
Promotion of small scale ASE (solar panels for lighting and solar water heaters) among the target group of Shaartuz district;
Measurement:
Preparing and printing of handouts on installation of ASE equipment for training participants;
Preparing and printing of handouts for exploitation and maintenance of ASE equipment for training participants/families of labor migrants and vulnerable families;
Organizing of 1 one day TOT training on installation of ASE equipment for localmasters-8people;
Organizing of 2 one day trainings on exploitation of ASE equipment (for 2 groups 20 people in each) 1. Printed out handouts on installation of ASE equipment for TOT training participants /masters-9unit;
Expected results:
Printed out handouts on exploitation of solar panels and water heaters for trainings participants/labor migrants and vulnerable families-40unit;
Organized 1 TOT training with one practical session on ASE equipment for craftsmen;
Organized 2 one days training for two groups (20 people in each) on exploitation of solar panels and water heaters for project beneficiaries/labor migrants and vulnerable families;
Indicators:
Trained 8 local masters on the skills of installation of solar panels and water heaters;
- trained 40 people/ project beneficiaries on exploitation of solar panels and water heaters
Tasks ?3.
Demonstration of alternative and energy efficiency settings in communities of Shaartuz district and spreading of information.
Measurement:
Preparing and ordering of Manuals on exploitation and maintenance of ASE equipment-46unit;
On a result of project, conducting one roundtable meeting with representatives of Ecology Department and local authority of Shaartuz district
Expected results:
Distributed manuals on exploitation and maintenance of ASE equipment to project beneficiaries-46unit;
Indicators:
Project beneficiaries received Manuals on exploitation and maintenance of ASE equipment-46unit;
30 participants of roundtable meeting participants received information on introduction of ASE technology in Shaartuz district
Generally, there will be installed 40unit solar panels and 40unit water heaters for labor migrants and vulnerable families in Sayod, Obshoron, J.Nazarov and Shaartuz settlement of Shaartuz district. Manual on exploitation and maintenance of ASE equipment-46unit will be distributed amongst project beneficiaries. The manual will be used as a basic informational materials amongst target groups and stakeholders.
