Project will be directed towards the conservation of rare local Food Crops for diversity in the region of Val D?Andorre.It will as well address the knowledge of the old crop varieties, technical aspects for production as well as the associated skills which will generate interest in the farmer community as well as individuals at the level of home gardens.This will help to maintain the balance within the ecosystem, reducing the amount of chemicals use and promoting the organic production of more locally adapted species of food crops, which if not propagated will be extinct within the pace of time.
