GOAL
The knowledge management of GEF / SGP Indonesia partners in form of success stories is well documented.
This would act as a mean to exchange knowledge thus fostering the spirit of enthusiasm,
inspiring other communities and creating a mediation between the source and the recipient of the knowledge

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Collection of Knowledge
Indicators : 1. Data base activities of SGP OP5 partners is developed
2. Partners have a report format that can be made as publications of SGP OP5 partners
Activities : 1. Database (starting from the dream stage to the final report)
The activity is to collect all knowledge of the community, to sort them according to their subjects. In order to do so, easy procedures to be used in form of general and limited collections are made. Anyone can access general collection according to the corresponding interests of the institution. Meanwhile, the Limited collection can only be accessed by the institution itself and is the "raw material" that still need to be more processed based on the standards and image of the institution Publications of program

Objective 2 : Transfer of Knowledge
Indicators : 1. The implementation of publications training of SGP OP5 partners
2. The implementation of the documentation training of SGP OP5 partners
Activity Training
This activity is aimed to allow the community to gain other knowledge related with the process of knowledge assets management. In addition to that, also to ask for participation of the qualified sources of knowledge who have already got experiences and are experts in their field to be able to transfer the knowledge to the community. The most important thing in this activity is the transfer of knowledge on the methods and techniques.
Objective 3 : Sharing of Knowledge
Indicator : 1. Illustrated book about success stories of the community of SGP OP5 partners is developed
2. Film about success stories of the community of SGP OP5 partners
Activities : Visual Report, Presentation, Facilitation, and inspirational movies
EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. Existing database collected from every activity of OP5 partners.
2. Existing process of knowledge delivery among communities in the management process of knowledge assets
3. Five audio visual of the process of sharing knowledge through community success stories of GEF / SGP Indonesia partners is available
