GOAL
Participatory Planning Process in the Rehabilitation of Reef Ecosystem Program toward Ecotourism Village 2015, through the Increment of Coral Coverage and Optimization of Marine and Coastal Ecosystems Utilization.

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Availability of data and information on social, economic and biodiversity
Indicators : 1. Existing data and information on social, economic and general description of biodiversity.
2. Identification of potential parties (communities, NGOs, universities, local government) who will carry out and support the rehabilitation of coral reef ecosystems toward ecotourism village 2015 through the increment of coral cover and optimization of marine and coastal ecosystems utilization
Activities : 1. Community Assessment
This activity aims to: extract information with the community related to socioeconomic and mapping of the potential parties (actors) who will support the program; explore the needs of various parties, especially Indigenous institution, village officials, local government, NGOs, universities and communities. The event is going to be hold in Wa Pia Pia village in the first month until the third month
2. Making documentation, audio visual movie
This activity aims to document the process of work planning in visual. This activity will be carried out during the process of work planning, starting from the initial stage.

Objective 2 : The Participatory Joint Work Plan for the program of Rehabilitation of Reef Ecosystem towards Ecotourism Village 2015 through the Increment of Coral Coverage and Optimization of Marine and Coastal Ecosystems Utilization is formulated
Indicators : 1. The Joint Work Plan is formulated in participatory manner for the program of Rehabilitation of Reef Ecosystem in Wa Pia Pia Village
2. Existing development proposals for the program of Rehabilitation of Reef Ecosystem in Wa Pia Pia Village
Activities : 1. Planning workshops
This activity is carried out to do planning along with Wa Pia Pia community in a participatory manner. The expected result of this activity are: clarification of the findings generated in the process of community assessment, exploring various potential and problems being faced by the people of Wa Pia Pia and planning of joint action to address existing problems. The event is held in Wa Pia Pia village in the fourth month of program implementation
2. Proposal writing development
This process is writing a work plan proposal produced in the community planning workshops, in narrative form, including budget activity, work mechanism, and schedule. The event is held at the secretariat of KSM KINATE in the fourth months of the program implementation.

EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. Availability of data and information on social, economic and biodiversity,
2. Identification of potential parties (communities, NGOs, universities, local government) who will do and support the rehabilitation of coral reef ecosystems in the area of Wa Pia Pia Village,
3. The development of Participatory Joint Work Plan for Rehabilitation of Reef Ecosystem program in Wa Pia Pia Village,
4. Existing of development proposals for Rehabilitation of Reef Ecosystem towards ecotourism village 2015 program.

Direct : 1. Committee of KSM KINATE ± 30 people
2. Fishermen Community of Wa Pia Pia Village ± 67 people
Indirect : Local governments such as: Office for Fisheries and Marine/DKP, Environmental Board/BLH, and Wakatobi community, ± 575 people; encourage the practice of sustainable coral reef rehabilitation (other potential stakeholders to be involved will be identified during the activity).
