GOAL
The establishment of self-sufficiency of the village people in managing local resources in environment-friendly manner

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : The ability of village communities in managing local resources and to have business in sustainable manner is increased
Indicator : 1. There are 40 organic cadres (male 50%, men 50%) who understand to manage waste into organic compost technically, who are capable of applying organic farming systems and business in sustainable manner
2. There are 40 organic cadres (male 50%, men 50%) who understand organic farming principles as the applied standards in Indonesia
Activities :
1. Socialization of Internal Control System (ICS) BRENJONK
2. Training of local organic banana cultivation

Objective 2 : The quality of environmentally friendly products is increased
Indicator :
1. Local organic bananas spread in four hamlets, the production capacity of 16 tons per harvest (7 months) is produced
2. Organic compost as much as 10 tons / month from domestic waste as raw materials is produced
3. Organic vegetables, variety of organic local spices as many as 10,000 packs / month is produced
4. Annual inspection on organic internal quality control is implemented
5. Annual inspections from organic certification bodies is implemented
Activities :
1. Production of organic compost
2. Cultivation of organic vegetables
3. Cultivation of local organic banana
4. Internal inspection
5. Annual inspection by a third party certification body
Objective 3 : The family income is increased
Indicator : There are 50 new households with additional increase of 100,000 IDR to 300,000 IDR in average in their income. Organizational income gain additional increase of 1,000,000 IDR permonth
Activities :
1. Promotion and marketing of products
2. Education Tourism of Organic Village
Objective 4 : Organizational capacity to manage finances is increased
Indicator : The formation of micro finance division
Activities : 1. Training of Credit Union (CU) / Cooperative
2. Comparative studies to Cindelaras Tumangkar Credit Union

Objective 5 : Achievement of program is measured
Indicator : There are program monitoring, evaluation, documentation and program reporting
Activities : Monitoring, evaluasi, documentation and reporting
Monitoring, evaluation, documentation and program reporting are aimed to see and analyze program achievement. Programs monitoring is carried out every 6 months while the workshop of evaluation, documentation and program reporting will be conducted in the end of the fiscal year. Participants involved are 40 people consisting of 20 men and 20 women.

EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. There are organic cadres at local level who have the ability to mobilize local resources and to manage business in sustainable manner.
2. Environmental protection and earth preservation in a wise and prudent manner is increased.
3. Family income is increased by carrying out business that preserve environment.
4. Organizational capacity to manage community-based programs is increased.
PARTICIPANTS AND / OR PROJECT BENEFICIARIES
Direct : 40 households consisting of 20 women and 20 men
Indirect : 500 people coming from other institutions such as schools, PKK, Dharmawanita, academics and other farmer groups. Indirect beneficiaries is emphasized on how new groups can adopt the ideas developed by Brenjonk
