Conservation of Vultures in Dort Divan
This project aims to establish the necessary infrastructure for the conservation of vultures in Dörtdivan region, which is an important breeding area for threatened black vulture imperial eagle and other raptors. Raising the local awareness on vultures and other natural values, establishing a continuous and safe food supply system for vultures and increasing the tourist numbers via creating a common perception on Dörtdivan and its natural values. With the increase in tourist numbers the income through Akbaba Office will increase and it will support the sustainability of the Office and the Akbaba Station and there will be a continuous conservation capacity in the region.
