The main objective of the project - the construction of energy efficient building rural health care center for 30 families replaced from Chernobyl affected area and about 1,000 of the local population with qualitative basic health care and to achieve reductions in emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere through the introduction of new energy technologies.

Achievement of project main objectives will be supported by the following indicators:
- Effective technologies of solar collectors for water heating and heating support, biomass boiler, automatic temperature control system of the building, the acquisition of effective, environmentally friendly insulation of the building roof and walls are procured and installed at village first-aid station;
- All the inhabitants of villages Old Lepel and Yurkovschina and other settlements covered by this first-aid station (1000 persons) are benefiting from new technologies invention, including Chernobyl settlers (100 persons) ;
- two experts, 10 members of the ICPO"EcoHouse", 30 volunteers and locals involved into construction of the energy-effective building.
