Dissemination of improved clay cooking stoves in Gisagara District by young indigenous people
this project has aimed at removing financial barriers to energy efficiency in local community of Gisagara District by disseminating a green and affordable technology of Improved Clay Cooking Stoves. This type of Improved Clay Cooking Stove has been scientifically tested and recommended by Energy, Water and Sanitation Authority as it is locally affordable and able to save up to 60% of firewood energy comparing to traditional cooking stove which is currently popular in Gisagara.
