GOAL
Establishing plan for community-based food system in Kulonprogo District forest.

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Existing participatory planning to strengthen community-based food system.
Indicator : 1. Existing programme planning to strengthen community-based food system
2. Existing map of local potential food crops to be developed by communities
Activities : 1. Developing initial community socialization and organization
The socialization will be done by the Project Team on second week in the Village Hall with 50 communities. The process will include:
a. Presentation from InProSuLa regarding the general view on the importance of food system, background of the programme planning, objectives, activities, benefit of the programme for community and environment, role of community, local government, and facilitators to support the programme implementation.
b. Discussion, including questions and answers session and also suggestions and critiques from communities in regards with the planned programme
c. Formulating socialization plan to group members and community in group/hamlet level.
2. Conducting Focus Group Discussion with communities
3. Identifying types of local crops that are already or has potential to be developed by community in a more productive and sustainable methods.
4. Workshop to formulate programme to strengthen community-based food system.
5. Monitoring and Evaluation. This will be done by team from InProSuLa through interview with stakeholders of the programme by having direct field visit and intensive coordination with the Team Project to ensure that all of the activities are implemented in accordance with the plan. All of the activities will be documented as well.

? 7 Persons from Food Security and Agriculture and Forestry Advisor Office
? 9 Persons Activists involved in community empowerment work, including local NGO and CSO with similar activities in the project location.
? 18 Persons Local public figure, such as local leaders, local government officers (BPD and BKM)
Indirect : 501 forest?s farmer working with InProSuLa in the neighbouring areas
