The project is focused on environmental stabilization of the territory by introducing regulation of water streams in ravines, banks and the main water courses. This additional steps to retard the effluents in water courses will considerably strengthen the project of soil and water protection territory arrangements. They will enable to reduce the quick discharge of water from watersheds, to accumulate water in micro-dishes thus increasing the quantity of summer reserve within the land use area. This will serve a long-term basis for environmental and social-economic sustainability of the land farming under the climate change conditions.
