During the project were planted altogether 89 tall trees, 31 trees of smaller stature and other plants around the wetlands, which were regularly observed, cut, nourished and the data about them recorded. Gras plot was maintained in the whole area of the arboretum, a wooden fence was made, stone bed was incorporated into the garden, for the purpose of environmental education were installed information signs and each of the plants owns its own label with scientific and domestic description.
By creating the arboretum has increased the diversity of plants and animal species and during the 10 months of the project was sequestrated approximately 110 kg of CO2 emissions. Project created 3 temporary jobs for local disadvantaged and a number of volunteers and students of local schools were also involved.
