RAWESE Integrated Landuse project aims to contribute to the reduction of land degradation and the improvement of ecosystem functions and services in Kasaali sub-county, Rakai district by adopting sustainable land management practices through the provision of support to scale-up project beneficiaries? agricultural enterprises involving organic production of passion fruit, pineapple, green pepper and mango; promotion of small scale irrigation and modern bee-keeping technologies; and building the capacity of RAWESE and its member producer associations/groups to effectively steer coordination and implementation of the project.
